Louise and Paul

As we came late to biking we needed to learn by using technique as we didn’t have the physical strength or mind set of youth on our side.

But saying that we did spend the first 10 years of our biking life “hanging on, with big grins on our faces, and bruises on bodies, going where the bikes wanted to go”. It was not until we invested in some PROPER TRAINING with the likes of Mark Molineux at Sweet Lamb and further down the line Jan Du Toit of Country Trax in South Africa that these masters of teaching, showed us methods that enabled us to make our bikes go “almost” everywhere we want them to go.

So we believe in good training, but we also feel very strongly about putting the training into practice and getting out there and riding, so eventually  embedding onto muscle memory the new found skills – that where the initially hard to get to grips with – easy, and something you then don’t even think about.

For the first 30 years of Louise’s working life, it was all high heels and lipstick, creating traditional family portraits for her high street studio. “Nowadays I now spend my time in
motorbike boots, with wild hair, riding and teaching in all weather, across some of the most breathtaking locations.”

Paul was a furniture maker based in East London, who worked all over the world creating fantastic interiors. And now… “I so enjoy passing on my knowledge we have gained over
our years of bike travelling. It is so rewarding to help enable others to follow their biking dreams”.
