Training at Sweet Lamb
Under the watchful eye of Mark “Moly” Molineux, we have advanced through the ranks at Sweet Lamb to become qualified instructors, specialising in Ladies and Couples training, creating what we refer to as the “pathway to success”.
Ultimately we teach confidence.
By focusing on techniques that enable the belief in yourself, so giving you the ability to make your bike go where you want it to.
In December 2024, the success of this training was truly demonstrated, when we led four women on an epic trip to Morocco, experiencing the Desert, Dunes, and Beaches. These women began their journey with us in 2021 & 2022, starting with individual sessions or participating in a Skills Festivals.
Some hired a bike, as they didn’t have their own at the time. Then over the years, these ladies repeated and completed the Skills Festivals, Next Level Training & Enhance Courses as well as additional 1-2-1 training, Buddy-Up Days and Adventure Weekends.
By steadily building up skills and confidence in themselves, and their biking abilities, they are now fantastic women bikers who can hold their own.
Becoming a Sweet Lamb Lady gives you a head start into the world of off-road riding.
Ladies who have attended group events in the past, arrive not knowing anyone, leave with new like-minded buddies, that over the years develop into fantastic friends, that travel and meet up for rides with. Sweet Lamb Ladies aren’t your run-of-the-mill women, they have grit & gumption, with the desire to master the skill of taking a bike off the tarmac, you just
need to have the desire & determination.
We are solely at Sweet Lamb for our training, we don’t offer training at any other location.
Sweet Lamb is the most fantastic venue. It is situated in the heart of Wales, just 30 minutes drive from Aberystwyth. It is 6,500 acres of privately owned farm land, that has over 20 miles of tracks and trails, as well as all sorts of gnarly terrain to advance any off-road rider. Running along side it’s sheep farming, Sweet Lamb Adventure Rally Bike provides a unique infrastructure, built up over the years by the visionary Mark Molineux.
